PRO: Cache depends on clicks or plugin cache itself?

I want to use CloudFlare for my site, but need to know if cache depends on clicks of the users (user will never click diectly on my site if i use CloudFlare) or the plugin caches no matter of clicks.

The the translations are done on demand. It will start the translation from the most popular content .
You can wait a week or two depending on your traffic ans your site will be translated and cached.
