Problem with Pro / Joomla

I can't edit languages. When I do the ?language_edit=1 string at the end of any URL it just brings up a 404 joomla error.
Please help!
Things I have tried:
777 all cache
Rechecked all settings
Tried multiple languages
Cleared cache

HI,
If you installed joomla plugin version you will need to login to the frontend first.
