Hello, I just installed the PRO version and followed the installation instruction. 1. Modified robots.txt 2. Created sitemap.txt which looks the following http://www.xyz.com/en/ http://www.xyz.com/fr/ http://www.xyz.com/de/ http://www.xyz.com/it/ http://www.xyz.com/es/ When I try to translate our default page e.g. to english, I receive the following error: "The requested URL /en/ was not found on this server." What´s missing ??? Thanks a lot for any help, Rainer

Hi, Please make sure that you have .htaccess file and have placed # gtranslate config block in it.

Hi, You shouldn't install both the plugin for joomla and the one for general websites which is located in gtranslate folder of your www root. If you still have a problem you can send ftp access and backend admin username/password. We can install it for you.

Hi Yana, with the .htaccess file and the upload gtranslate folder I do not receive any further errors. But the content of our site is not translated !!! Is it possible to get a remote support session ( e.g. via PCvisit ) ?? Thanks a lot.
