I really like how easy the plugin works. Its exactly what I'm looking for. However I'm building a website for a client (via wordpress) and the thing is she doesn't like how its translated, and sent me a specific translation for two languages.
So my question is, is if I get the pro version how easy is it to do manual translations?

Yes, you will be able to easily refine the translations.
