Receiving the Following Error Code Again

This error is occurring again. I checked with Go Daddy and there are no firewalls in their system. I also had them check my site & they received the same error code.

Hi,
If your hosting provider is not blocking our server IP address, please check your page response time. If the first request takes longer than 5 seconds you will see an error. You can use http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/ to check it.
