Redirect based on user language

Is it possible to redirect a user based on his/her language? (I would assume it would pickup the intsalled language on a PC device)
If so, how would it be accomplished?
I have the enterprise version and I would like to direct Thais to the th.mywebsite.com

Hi,
GTranslate cannot detect the user language by IP address.
