I would like to request a refund. Not your fault, but mine
I did not read the full instructions and did not realize that IonCube was needed. I am on a GoDaddy Windows platform and IonCube is unfortunately not included in my hosting package.
BTW- If you enable it without IonCube, the entire site crashes, including Admin. Have to remove via FTP

If we switch servers, we'll definitely give it another try as we could really use this extension!
