remove the language from the URL

hey how can i remove the language from the URL like http://www.mydomain.com/EN ?
i even unpublished the extenstion and it still there... i want completely remove it...
please help how ?

Hi,
I have checked your website. The language code is not generated by GTranslate. Please check your plugins and make sure that you do not have any other language extensions.
