I would like to return our purchase of GTranslate Pro. How do I proceed?

Hi, Please send me your website address. We can offer you to upgrade your license to Enterprise version for one year for free.

Our address is www.firstclassmagazine.se - however we do NOT wish to upgrade, we wish to return the purchase.

Hi, Can you please let me know what the problem is? I can see you do not have GTranslate Pro license. You subscribed to the Enterprise version. If you have an issue with the configuration we can create DNS CNAME records for you.

I have cancelled the subscription via PayPal but get an "Internal Service Error 500"-message when trying to contact you via your Contact Us form.
