SEO Issue with SH404SEF

Hi,
I have installed the SH404SEF component to take care of some SEO issues and it seem to work fine except from the fact that I use GTranslate Enterprise and my "home" page uses the subdomain sv.lmiab.se and that is a non existing url. Is there somehow possible to have GTranslate not creating that URL, or why does this problem occur?

I can see the following in the source code :

Startsida link is going to http://www.lmiab.se/sv/. To keep the indexed pages translated by GTranslate Pro you added the redirection rules in your .htaccess file. So, it is redirecting lmiab.se/sv/ to sv.lmiab.se /. You should change the homepage link from http://www.lmiab.se/sv/ to http://www.lmiab.se/
