SSL installed - whom to send a certificate?

Greetings,
Have just installed SSL on my website. Using pro version of gtranslate (Startup price plan). Can't find a way to configure gtranslate to use SSL.
Whom should i send a certificate for you to apply on your server?
GTranslate says me: Please upgrade your plan for SSL support!
Is there any way to have ssl on this plan?
