Translate on the website doesn't work

Hi,
I'm Lucio, I've got a problem with GTranslate extension.
I set up the extension on my website but when i click on the flags or i choose a language from drop down menu, the language remains on default language. If i check on flags links they are correct, for example www.website.com/fr or /es
how can I solve my problem?

Can you please send me your website address, so I can check it? This can happen if you are redirecting your website to www . You will need to remove www for our network requests.
