Trying to adjust HTML for Flags

Hello,
I would like to wrap the GTransalte flags in a div tag. I found this post: http://gtranslate.net/forum/post15258.html#:~:text=How%20to%20change%20the%20flags%20position%20? and followed the directions but the code on my page doesn't seem to change. Any suggestions?

Which version you are using (for Joomla, WordPress or HTML)?
