Websites not loading up carousel

Can someone tell me why the front page carousel isn't loading up for any of our translated sites?
http://www.digitrak.com.cn
and
http://www.digitrak.com.ru
Also, why is digitrak.com.cn hosted in the US? According to Cloudflare the server is located in the US.
Now I understand why our site is so difficult to reach in China. This really defeats its purpose.
Please fix ASAP.
Thanks,
Andrew

Hi,
You are using widgetkit for the slideshow which loads javascript files using ajax calls. When the javascript is located on a different domain other than your translation domain, browsers do not like it and they do not load the appropriate javascript files. We had a similar issue on: widgetkit-and-gtranslate-problem-t4317.html#p19185
The javascript files which failed to load are:
http://digital-control.com/media/widget ... ?wkv=1.4.6.
http://digital-control.com/media/widget ... ?wkv=1.4.6
http://digital-control.com/media/widget ... ?wkv=1.4.6
http://digital-control.com/media/widget ... ?wkv=1.4.6
You may try to manually load that files in your template or contact the slider developers and ask what will be the best way to avoid the crossDomain javascript issue.
I do not know about digitrak.com.cn, because it has no relation to us. We host Chinese on digitrak.cn.
Thanks!

OK, so how do I change the widget kit control to load files that are locally hosted on your server? And do I send the files to you to load onto your FTP server?
OK, so digitrak.com.cn is a domain of ours which is currently being forwarded to http://www.digital-control.com, I don't know how or why its being forwarded to the other IP address that is not yours. anyway, I just did a whois for digitrak.cn and it looks like the server is in France. This isn't exactly terribly helpful either for a Chinese website.
However, thank you for your quick response time.
Andrew

Hi,
All the changes need to be done on your side. We do not host your javascript files. You need to make sure the files mentioned are loaded on pages where you have a slider. I would recommend contacting the slider developer who will point you to a right direction and I can help you when they advise what will be the best solution to solve cross domain script loading.
Thanks!

I don't quite understand. As far as I know, the widget kit files are hosted on the server that hosts our website. That is www.digital-control.com or digitrak.com, so when you say there is a cross domain script loading issue, do you mean between digitrak.cn and digitrak.com/digital-control.com?
The reason I'm asking is because when you go to digitrak.com or digital-control.com the issue does not present itself.

Yes, digitrak.cn tries to load javascript from your original domain via ajax request which is being blocked by the browser. If the script will be loaded without an ajax request it will be fine. Also there is a crossDomain ajax load option which is not turned on in the widgetkit library. So please discuss this with the slider developer and I will help you to make appropriate modifications on your side.
Thanks!
