what is the difference between on fly (Beta) and Redirect

Could somebody please explain the difference between two translation methods : on Fly (Beta) and Redirect.
I would also want to know advantages and disadvantages of each.

Please try them both and you will see how they work.
The On Fly doesn't reload your page and translates everything on the fly. The Redirect method will redirect you to google translate site where the translation will happen.
There are no advantages/disadvantages, it is a matter of taste.
