Wordpress 404 Error (GT pro)

I am getting a 404 Error when i try to switch the languages. My info.php says that I have all necessary modules.
The free Plugin is configured. The .htaccess stuff is added and the url's are changing. The Debug.txt is not created when i set to true. Any help is appreciated.

Any Ideas ? Need some Support to get this to work.

Please check the troubleshooting.

You have something wrong in your .htaccess file. If you are sure that it is OK, please post your .htaccess here.
