Forum Archive - Add links to all translated posts on every Wordpress post

I have a Wordpress blog using your plugin. At the bottom of each post, I'd like to link to all translated versions of that post, ideally using the translated post name as the anchor text. So if my original English post url is: http://www.domain.com/english-123/ Then I'd want to link to all the other translated versions of that post, eg: http://fr.domain.com/francais-123/ http://de.domain.com/deutsch-123/ http://es.domain.com/espanol-123/ etc If using the post names as the anchor texts, the links might look like this: Francais 123 Deutsch 123 Espanol 123 etc What's the best way of achieving this please, if any of it is possible?

That's not what I asked Yana. I'm already subscribed and my site is translated, including url translation. What I'm asking is, on each post in my site, how can I add links to all of the translated versions of that post? Thanks
