Adding GT to my home page

My web designer has put GT on each page except for my main homepage. I am not sure how to access this. On the other pages it is a widget in a sidebar. How can I put this on my homepage? Is it through appearances? many thanks

On which platform do you use GTranslate (Joomla, WordPress, Drupal)? Can you post your website address?
