Can't translate few parts of the page

When I try to access to edit a language few parts of the translations don't show edit option.
eg When I view my site in german I see a site as http://casetracker.gokhalemethod.com/si ... s_text.jpg
You can see that the button has some text above it
when I try to edit translation of the page it shows the page as http://casetracker.gokhalemethod.com/si ... xtedit.jpg
So this doesn't give me option to edit some part of the text
Would like to know how can this be fixed.

Hi,
You can create sample page with the same text and then edit the page. Next time the corrected text will be loaded from the cache.
