Cart is not working

I bought the annual enterprise package a couple of weeks ago and it is not working properly. Not all elements are translated and the cart is not working. People cannot make orders. No matter how many items they add to cart, cart always appears empty! Our website is joocart. My technitians have a frequent communication with yours but there is no solution sofar. If you will not find a way to sort this out, i m afraid i will have to ask for a refund. Site: I will be waiting for your response. George Mirarakis

Hi, When I check it on it works fine. On it doesn't work since www. and non www website do not share cookies. You may redirect to to avoid such issues. Thanks!

Hi again, I m getting back to this issue, as it has not been resolved. My technitians say that redirection is not the issue. Still, not every text is translated ( especially at the top menu) and cart is still not working( or translated). As i have not found a way to solve it so far i have to ask you: Can you fix it for us? Because if there is no solution whatsoever i will have to ask for a refund. Waiting for your response George

Hi, Can you please redirect to and check again? To translate add to cart button you need to edit your template code and add class="tval" to your input elements, so values can be translated as well.

Hi again, We did the redirection but we still expirience some issues: 1) In some languages ​​the 'cart' button is not translated. 2) In all languages ​​(except the home language) you can not subtract a product from the cart. 3) In some languages , quantity in cart, is accumulated from previous visits (eg quantity 2 is put in a product instead of one and not you cannot edit it). 4) When you select a language and you go on with the process of buying, sometimes during checkout the url is lost and an error code appears. Especially this happens when you swift from one language to another during the buying process. 5) Checkout ( fields where you put your nane, address, etc.) remains in home laguage (greek) regardless of the language you are in.
