Hello I got all working on www. but if I use let's say fr. not www. my website don't pull some img... and some java dont work... how do I change from ru.website to website.ru? Thank you

Hi, Please post the link of the page where you can see the issue and we will try to help you. If you want to use individual domain for translated language we can configure it on our server. You just need to make changes in DNS to point website.ru to our server. Please note that you will need to pay configuration fee $50.

Hello yes I see that you activated, but when I type http://www.site.com I see http://i.imgur.com/vEorbqf.jpg but when I type http://www.site.ru i see http://i.imgur.com/jPC9Wfq.jpg and its not only there it's all icons all over site http://i.imgur.com/IGNSDNP.jpg I spoke to my admin he set you need to add www. in your server cause icons only show when you pull full url not just name .com you need to pull http://www.site.com and you did not fix multi lang thing I ask... my site is two lang and gtranslate translate onle Eng my default language but I need them both to be translate for example when I go to .us I want all 100% Eng and when I click .ru i want all 100% Russ but now I have when I go to .us thats Eng version http://i.imgur.com/lmK7ymK.jpg as you see all site is 50% Eng and 50% Russ I need 100% one language it only translates Eng when you go to .ru it is all 100% Russian but when you go .us it is 50/50 and please tell me what time you are online I need site running ASAP and one message per day is not good for me I need to get it done ASAP Thank you

To fix the issue you need to add this rules in your .htaccess file (for Apache server only): Code: Select all <FilesMatch "\.(ttf|ttc|otf|eot|woff)$"> <IfModule mod_headers.c> Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*" </IfModule> </FilesMatch> If you have mixed languages content you need to host your original version with mixed languages on some subdomains (for example mixed.site.com) and we will activate autodetect languguage feature.

yes I can change that but can you tell me why when you go to .ru it works 100% all good with same code but on .us it pulls two img? both use same website as main source but .ru pulls info with no problem but .us slider go crazy?

When you have invalid HTML, the behaviour can be different depending how the wrong HTML code gets translated. The suggestion is to have clean HTML without "end of tag" errors. Thanks!

Hello Sorry was away for few days.. ok we fix problem... but your admin ask if you guys switch it back to ru.site.com, fr.site.com ... can you also set auto detect language? and 2nd question he had is can we set it when people open to auto to be Eng (en.site.com) so people will get 1st time they open site.com they will see all in eng...? is that possible if yes.. what do we need to do?

Hi, Autodetect language option is already activated. You have mixed languages content on https://www.makewellnesseasy.com/ . GTranslate automatically detects the language and translates into English on https://www.makewellnesseasy.us/. Russian translation you will see it on https://ru.makewellnesseasy.com/. Hello yes I was talking about after we gave you 50$ and you did that translator go site.ru ,site.info... it been toooo many problems and things that needs to fix, can you just change it back to original like ru.site.com .. en.site.com and so long cause in last time it was only 2 things to fix now it's never ending... and can you tell me how can I move site to mix.site.com so when people open site.com they get Eng from start?

Hi, You just need to set the DNS records back for your language subdomains and it will work without the need to reconfigure. About moving your website to mix.site.com you better consult with your hosting provider. After you make the move, please let us know, so we can reconfigure and change your license on our side. Thanks!
