daily translation limit for your API key - Notice

Hey, I have clients calling, saying that their translations aren't working.
This is usually because they are over the daily translation limit for their API key.
It would be nice to have a way to post a discreet message like like : "This page is being shown in the default language because the site has used up the daily translation limit. Sorry for the inconvenience. Click here to translate the page (link to the standard Google translate page).
