Hi, with enterprise plan can I set different DNS? let's say my site for bakery https://www.bakershop.it will point its bakery EN translation to external domains all other languages on sub domains.

Yes, it is possible . You need to send your external domain names for each language. Please note that you will need to pay $50 non-refundable configuration fee.
