for SEO which settings is best?

Which one is best for SEO, I would like to have the URLS to allow me to start ranking in other countries. I have Pro.
Google Default
On Fly (jQuery) (currently on the site)
Redirect (does not work for me, but I would get it working if needed)

You need to use Redirect and turn on Pro option in the module options list.
Also, you need to enable SEO URLs for your site.
