Editing Translations

Hi all,
I have a question regarding the editing of automatic translations. We have a shop with approx. 4000 "Product-Detail-Pages". When I edit for example the text of a button which is automatically translated to "Add to basket" in english and I change that to "Buy now" - will that automatically be on every Page where this button is? Or will I have to edit every single page (which i can't do)?

It will be for every page. You need to change that only once.
