enterprise version modify cname each month

dear all, i have enterprise edition for my websyte. It works fine
This morning i renew payment for another month. I receive an email with new cname
XXX.tdn.gtranslate.ne instead of YYY.tdn.gtranslate.
Should i replace each month each cname for each language ?
I takes a long time, can i keep the same cname each month ?
I suppose ,it 's my fault, i don t renew but i take a new paiement ?
Could you help me ,please.
