Enterprise Version: Receiving Forbidden Access page

Postby blanderson22 » Tue Apr 24, 2012 7:52 pm

Hi,

When I initially try to access the spanish version of my site, I'm presented with a blank page with a "Forbidden Access..." message. It says my ip address is suspicious and asks me to click a link (>>>>>>) to proceed.

To reproduce the issue go to http://nghd.org and click the "en Espanol" link in the upper right corner. This takes the visitor to http://es.nghd.org but they first see the "Forbidden Access..." page.

I have another Enterprise account at http://northgawic.com and I've never been presented with the "Forbidden access..." message when accessing es.northgawic.com and I'm using the same PC on the same network.

Hi,

Please talk to your hosting provider or with the application provider which protects your site and ask them to whitelist requests from our network.

Ok, I've figured out that it was my Project Honey Pot scripts I have protecting the site that throws the access warning. What IP address do I need to whitelist to prevent this from happening?
