hi I'm getting this message when I try to save after changing setting.
should I change permission of folder or is there anyrthing possibly wrong I have done?

Hi,
If you have firewalls please check the rules. You can also check .htaccess file configurations. Make sure that you are not blocking php files .
If you cannot fix you can consider using sub-domain URLs.
