Hello. Im insterested on buying the pro version:
Some questions:
Is it possible to translate some moules manually?
Also, is there any option to say to gtranslate dont translate some selected modules?

Yes, it is possible. You will be able to edit the translations manually after automatic translation.
Yes, if you add notranslate class to the module wrapper it will not translate the module.
