Exclude sections?

I will set up a section with instructional videos. In these my client speak Swedish. Which means they are of absolutely no use to those who doesn't speak Swedish.
Is it possible to exclude the videos for all languages except Swedish?

Hi,
You can detect current selected language and load appropriate content. You should use $_SERVER['HTTP_X_GT_LANG'] PHP variable .
