Flag Icons not visible in IE

Hello,
I am using Gtranslate Enterprise and I am having an issue. I am using the "flag" option and I'm able to see flag icons in Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. I am unable to see flag icons in Internet Explorer 9.
I was wondering if there is something in the back end that I'm not configuring properly?

we have licensed the enterprise edition, is there support for this module when it does not work properly in all browsers for licensed and paying customers?

The Gtranslate module is enabled. We have it configured to display "dropdown" currently. Still, no flags display in IE even with the dropdown enabled.

Hi, please try to check your website for html validation errors and fix all end tag errors if any.
