Flags of Mexico, Brazil and the USA

For my HTML/CSS website, I want it to be in Spanish, Portugese and American English, specifically for audiences of the countries: Mexico, Brazil and the USA.
How can I show the flags for Mexico, Brazil and the US (instead of flags of Spain, Portgual or Britain) ??
Please advise.

If you use Joomla version, there is an option for that.
Otherwise you can edit the language flags file. The PSD file can be found at:
