How to add many language for my site?

I am a webmaster of the site Driver Doctor (https://www.driverdr.com), it is build from 2014.10. And it is only the english language. But i know that there are many other language people view my site. So i want to add some other language such as french, germany, etc.And now i want to know how to find a way to do that? My site is not use the wordpress program, it is made by php, how could i do? If i use the Gtranslate, How?

Hi,
You can use GTranslate free or GTranslate Enterprise versions. You can compare the features here https://gtranslate.io/#pricing/ . If you want to use the free version you should download the gtranslate html code and put in your template. For the Enterprise version you just need to create DNS CNAME records for the languages which you want to use.
