Hi, I have change username and password at /gtranslate/config.php, but it will only use for saving edited translation. I would like to know how to lock/prevent people from accessing that editing page at all (?language_edit=1)

There is no option for that and there is no need for that, since if you don't know the password, you cannot edit anything. But it is possible to do with .htaccess file if you really need it. Unfortunately we cannot guide you through the process.
