issue with multi site

Hi, I am having an issue with multi site on wordpress using this Gtranslate plugin and cant get a hold of the author.
Basically, I have one main site and want to be able to also link to translated sub sites for example http://domain.com/es/subsite
right now it gives a blank page... has anyone successfully done this before?
