Currently we do not sell or support GTranslate Pro. New translations are possible with Pro version if you use Google Translate API. We recommend upgrading to one of our Translation Delivery Network service: https://gtranslate.io/#pricing

If you want to use sub-folder structure urls you need to install GTranslate URL add-on
For sub-domain structure you should create DNS CNAME records.
