Manual Translation States Undefined

We are trying to change our translation manually and instead of showing the words we have entered it states undefined, we have tried every browser on windows 8 and windows 7, so there is definitely a problem somewhere.

Hi,
In order to edit the translations you will need to add ?language_edit=1 to the end of the URL. Just have checked and it is working . Can you please try again?
