Hi Gtranslate team.
I put my new website in live environment, unfortunately, gtranslate doesn't work anymore...

it works well on my test environment (test.showlib.com)
Do you have an explanation ?

It seems that your IP is blocked by Google. You need to change your IP address.

What append ? I've paid a license for using gtranslate from www.showlib.com… Why google refuse to deliver the service ?
I can't change IP so easily, all my site is interconnected with a lot of other system…

Hi,
Do you host your website on a shared hosting wish shared IP address?
If your IP is blocked for some reason any request which goes to google will be blocked including translations.
You will need to change the IP address or upgrade to Enterprise version which is hosted in our cloud network and it will work no matter what is your IP address.
