Moving GT Translate Above Header

Is there going to be an update that will allow me to move GT Translate to the top of the header on my site?

I use HotJar and can see that none of my users for the past 4 months use the GT Translate wizard. Once they see the start of the footer of my page they start scrolling up again on over 400 session videos I have observed.

Being able to move GT Translate above the header will make it more noticeable for more audiences.
