Forum Archive - New Server / IP Address

Hello, First of all, I have to say how pleased I have been with this plugin over the past couple of years. It has always worked well. Here's my current issue: I am moving to a new server with my Joomla site. Everything is working on the site without a problem, but when I change the DNS settings to the new IP address, the translation stops working. It gives this error: You don't have appropriate license for your http://www.wakingupcatholic.com. Please purchase GTranslate Pro license or go back. The domain is http://www.wakingupcatholic%20.com. The old IP is 69.194.192.3, and the new IP will be 65.181.123.149. The only other change is that the directory structure is slightly different on the new server because I'm running Plesk Parallels on this one. Do I just need an updated license because of the IP address? Or should I look more at the directory structure. Thanks in advance, Chad

Nevermind, I applied the verify variable to the url, and that cleared up the license issue. The problem now is that it does not actually translate anything. My guess is that I have an old version of GTranslate Pro. I am using Bing, but have not updated to the Azure translator. I wonder if it hasn't been working for awhile, but most of the main pages were already translated, so I didn't notice. How do I go about this?

Hi, Which version of GTranslate you installed? Can you please check gtranslate cache folder permissions? It should be 777 . You can find the documentation here https://gtranslate.io/docs/ Please check the settings again and let me know if the problem persists.
