Nginx Not working with Pro Version

Hello, I have the pro version of GTranslate on my Joomla site which is using Nginx server. It seems to work fine with Apache but not Nginx.
I have a team of developers who are working on this. If you can provide some feedback to fix this issue that would be great. I can put you in contact with the development team if needed to get this fixed.
If we can't get this running we may need to just get a refund. We don't want to use Apache but we do want to have translations that we can proof and alter using the Pro version.
