Forum Archive - Only a few words being translated

Hi I was so impressed with the free version, and upgraded to pro, but the translation isn't working on the pro version. It translates a few words on the page, but the rest is left in the source language. Do you have any idea what I could be doing wrong? my website is here: http://www.nextgenenglish.com Thanks in advance.
