Page not updated?

After making changes on my website and make changes on some pages in English i go to another language by example Spanish and edit the translations, i see the old text? not updated even after presing refresh several time? Can anyone help me there?

Hi,
After editing try to refresh with ctrl+F5 (in Windows OS) or cmd +R (on Mac) .
If you can post your website address I can check it.
