Please help inode cache

I got a warning message from my host today:
We would like to warn you that your hosting account skype-english-talk.com has reached 80% of the allowed inode quota. Once it hits the limit, you will not be able to...
This was the second incident, so I proceeded with a prior ticket from my host.

In the plugin folder there are a lot of inodes in those subdirectories:
84097 Inodes - ./system >
83664 Inodes - ./gtranslate >
83655 Inodes - ./gtranslate
So I clear the cache.
This time I don't get any translation; which didn't happen the first time I had this problem. What do I do?

Hi,
If you deleted all language subfolders from the gtranslate cache directory, you will need to create or upload them again. Also try to enable the gtranslate debug mode and check the debug.txt.
