I've installed this plugin on our Wordpress website. We're running version 3.2.1 of wordpress. The plugin works PERFECTLY when accessing the website in a mac environment...able to translate just fine using Safari, Firefox, Opera and Chrome.
However, when I access our website in a windows environment using IE, Chrome, or firefox the plugin doesnt even show up...it's as if it was never installed
Can anyone help me with this issue? idk even know where to start...it shouldn't necessarily matter if its mac or windows if it's the same web browsers

UPDATE:
Upon further testing...looks like for some reason, it's only working on the mac side and only with firefox. I did some more testing with the other browsers and it just flat out doesnt even show up...i dont understand, pretty frustrating!
