Pro Version - Confirmation of Translation Features

We have a website that has already been built with Joomla 1.7 and that is located at http://www.worldenergyforum2012.org. We want to verify that purchasing the Pro version means that we can load manual translations of each page to the website and have this custom translation displayed. Also, can any text be manually translated, even those that are contained within components? For example, we use aicontactsafe for our registration forms and want to translate some of the field names. Does the Pro version support this?
