Pro Version not translating at all

Hi,
I'm looking for support from the developers, I have installed all the required libraries and have followed instructions to the letter, however when activating the 'Pro' version (via Wordpress) I get no translation.

Please assist me urgently as I have paid for this plugin and am concerned about the lack of functionality

Hi,
I have checked and can see that you are using a Google Translate API key. It is optional and if you want to use it you need to pay for it additionally. So please remove it or pay for it.

Pay for your software? Im using an API key as the site is live.
Can you please contact me at [email protected] to configure this for me correctly as mentioned in your costing. I am happy to provide FTP credentials
