Hi, I have checked your debug file and see that for some reason it tries to connect to google translation service using IPv6 instead of IPv4 may be you can talk to your hosting provider and ask how you may force it to use IPv4 by default? Also, please ask them to change your server IP address for you if possible. If you want the search feature to function for your website, so you may search in different languages and find results you will need to use Google website search instead of the default search functionality you have on your website. Thank you!

My host provider told me to tell you that forcing ipv4 should be done from the php script, in the 'curl' there is a parameter that allows this: ... -ipresolve

Hi, Yes, it is one of the options, but it is possible to disable on server level, so you will not have issues with future updates of your software. Can you please ask them to change your server IP address for you? Thank you!

I asked them to change the server, but this was the result... As you can see, both requests (ipv4 and ipv6) have the same problem. └─> wget -6 ... %26sl%3Des --2014-10-11 03:49:53-- ... %26sl%3Des Resolviendo 2a00:1450:4007:807::1004 Connecting to|2a00:1450:4007:807::1004|:80... conectado. Petición HTTP enviada, esperando respuesta... 503 Service Unavailable 2014-10-11 03:49:53 ERROR 503: Service Unavailable. └─> wget -4 ... %26sl%3Des --2014-10-11 03:52:34-- ... %26sl%3Des Resolviendo,,, ... Connecting to||:80... conectado. Petición HTTP enviada, esperando respuesta... 503 Service Unavailable 2014-10-11 03:52:34 ERROR 503: Service Unavailable. So changing the server to ipv4 doesn't solve the problem. Thank you.

Hi, I'm not sure why you want to get the content of Now if your IP address is changed, then requesting a translation from Google will not redirect you to the "Sorry" page. Let me know. Thanks!

Hi Edvard, Connections to Google, via ipv4 or ipv6 (so the problem is not solved yet), gives an 503 service unavailable error. It seems that the problem, is not ipv4 or ipv6, but the service, or in the connection url.

Hi, You are trying to connect to some URL which should not happen in normal scenario. In order to check if it works or not you need to make sure that your server IP is changed. Clear debug.txt in gtranslate, enable debug in the settings and try to access your website to see what it writes inside debug.txt. Thank you!
