[SOLVED] Purchased Pro and getting link that says I didn't!

I paid for the pro version and am using this extension on the website i registered but I am getting a link that says: "You don't have appropriate license for your http://www.mydomain.com. Please purchase GTranslate Pro license or go back."
To make matters worse I had to disable the plugin because it then caused every single page (contact, about, home page) to display that.
I had the plugin enabled and the module set to pro. Please advise Is their a way to email support direct? I need to clear this up asap.

Hi,
If you have license issues go to http://mydomain.com/ru/?verify_license=1 and it will refresh the license.
The issue can happen if your server had temporary connection issues with our server.

That link you posted gives me a 404 error. I really need to correct this ASAP. Client is waiting.
