Received my ZIP file order by email - does NOT install!

GTranslate support,
I just received the email from you with the attached ZIP file. I tried installing it in my Joomla 1.7 site and got an error message that files are missing and it was unable to install.
I just paid $81 for this. How are you going to correct this???

Hi,
Please unzip the archive and follow the installation steps in readme.txt file.
If it is hard for you there is a free one time installation service available.
